Service Description

A chance to chat through your birth choices, wellbeing, concerns and questions you have, with me, an experienced birth doula who is ready with an informed and compassionate ear. These sessions are led by and for you. To ensure you feel respected, informed, confident and empowered to make choices that are right for you and your baby/ies in pregnancy and birth. This booking includes Post session follow up email with links, articles and/or resources, and email/text communication, to help you make informed decisions that are right for you.
