Here is a 20 minute yoga practice suitable for the second and third trimester to support and prepare the body physically, emotionally and mentally for birth using a combination of asana, breath-work and relaxation.
The aim and benefit of yoga practice in pregnancy is to help cultivate a deep inner awareness with both our breath, our body and space to foster a deep connection with baby.
As always the key is to really listen to your body, honour what your body, mind and baby needs and acknowledgement that this will change on a daily basis.
