Currently Online - 1st Saturday of each Month The aim of these classes is to provide safe space and time for you. Supportive space to nourish, stabilise, strengthen and relieve tensions in mind and body. These classes incorporate breathwork, yoga, relaxation and corrective exercise, to provide simple wellbeing practices, to support the complex demands of motherhood. Come exactly AS YOU ARE, to move, breath, and connect with your self, your body and find some space just for you. Classes Suitable for all Post Natal people. Suggested start, after your 6 week, post birth check, 8-12 weeks minimum, after belly birth. Please get in touch with any questions, or to check in about what classes are suitable, before you book.
