Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga Privates are a great way to work in a more focused way, during transformative times such as pregnancy and post birth, where the significant changes and demands on the body and being, extend far beyond the physical. I offer specialised, tailored support, centred in a whole body approach, for Pregnancy, in preparation for Active, physiological birth, and post natal recovery. The physical, hormonal and neurological changes during the Perinatal period are vast and highly unique. I offer personalised sessions to provide you with practical, functional exercises, tools and supports, for what can be an incredibly vulnerable time. Yoga and breathwork during this time can support alleviating common symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, insomnia, anxiety, distasis recti, prolapse, hernia.
