Tailored one to one sessions to support you on your yoga journey.

Private yoga sessions are a wonderful way for beginners, to learn the basic foundations and develop understanding and awareness in a safe supported environment. These sessions can provide a much needed solution for those unable to attend a regular class due to home or work commitments. Private sessions are also a perfect accompaniment to help you develop your existing practice and to delve a little deeper into asana, pranayama or meditation.

These one to one sessions will centre around your needs and can take whatever focus to help support you on your yoga journey. This maybe working on a specific area of the body or issue such as tightness, strength or flexibility.  A personally tailored programme can improve body awareness, strength and mental clarity. This could be to support recovery from injury, illness, emotional stress or anxiety, or to compliment regular sports and physical activity.
