Welcoming and supportive classes combining yoga, breathwork and relaxation to help you honour this transformative time.

The intention of these pregnancy yoga classes is to offer you a safe, calming space to connect with yourself and your baby, In these classes we honour the changes taking place during pregnancy and prepare for child birth using breathwork techniques, poses, visualsation and relaxation. We explore carefully sequenced asanas to help cultivate physical and emotional strength, relieve common symptoms of pregnancy and develop inner awareness and self belief. A wonderful opportunity to meet other women, share experiences and form friendships in a nurturing, non judgemental space.

YesYoga Pregnancy and Birth preparation classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy throughout your pregnancy journey.

No previous yoga experiences is needed to attend these classes.
