A gentle, rejuvenating practice. Great for when joints are achy or sore, energy is low, you or you are feeling disconnected.
A Great Post Natal Practice - If you are very early in your post natal journey, try the floor based Nurture sequence first and avoid standing sequences until lochia has stopped and you feel ready.
