The focus in these classes is on connecting with your breath, and moving slowly and mindfully to deepen your sense of awareness, build strength and cultivate space from deep within.

Vinyasa is an exploration of movement and breath, linking poses, breathwork in a unique, flowing sequence to boost vitality to the body, bring clarity of mind and restore a sense of balance to your whole being.
