Movement Teacher and birth keeper Tessa and Transformational coach Lhamo both know the power of speaking out loud our deepest dreams and desires.
Speaking your vision out loud is LIBERATING. It is empowering. It can open up doors where before there were only walls.
Using a combination of movement, breathwork, voice work and coaching, Lhamo and Tess will lead you on a journey to uncover your vision and begin to speak it out loud. Warmth, safety and support will hold you as you speak out loud the longings of your heart.
