Every Tuesday, 12.30-1.30pm at Tribe Porty



A fun, dynamic flow to build heat, strengthen the body, develop flexibility and focus the mind.   


Each class will explore a theme or peak pose using the breath and creative sequences to help you develop greater body awareness. This is a playful, energetic practice incorporating asana and breathwork will help you explore a wide range of postures, balances and inversions to build strength and stamina.

This vinyasa yoga class is open to all with the intention that you leave feeling restored, energised and ready for the week ahead.
